The papers in this book comprise the proceedings of the 23rd Annual Conference of the Australasian Society for Computers in Learning in Tertiary Education “Who’s Learning? Whose Technology?” Volumes 1 and 2 of the proceedings include selected full research papers. All papers are original, peer-reviewed and based on the research originally disseminated at the meeting. Papers presented at this annual scientific conference reflect the state of the art of research and development in the area of computer supported learning in tertiary education in the Australasian region. The selection of scholarly papers for presentation and publication was based on the outcomes of a rigorous peer review process. Papers reflect the authors’ opinions and their inclusion in this publication does not necessarily constitute endorsement by the editors.
