The following information provides details about conference registration for ASCILITE 2001.

Types of Registration

Early Bird Registrations will be accepted until 08th October 2001

Full Registration Includes:

• Three days of conference sessions
• Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
• One ticket to the Welcome Reception on Sunday December 9th
• One ticket to the Conference Dinner on Tuesday December 11th
• A delegate satchel including a program booklet and conference proceedings.

Day Registration Includes:

• Conference sessions for the day registered
• Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for the day registered
• A delegate satchel including a program booklet and conference proceedings.

Student Registration Includes:

• Three days of conference sessions
• Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
• A delegate satchel including a program booklet.

Workshop Only Registration Includes:

• The workshop selection(s) chosen
• Lunch and tea breaks for the half day/full day workshops
• Any workshop materials provided by the workshop facilitator.

Conference Workshops

Optional Extras

One ticket to the Welcome Reception, one ticket to the Conference Dinner and a copy of the conference proceedings are included with full registration.

The Welcome Reception takes place between 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Sunday December 9^th. Extra tickets for the Welcome Function cost $30; this includes drinks and finger food.

The Conference Dinner takes place in the evening of Tuesday December 11^th.
The theme for the dinner dance is the Roaring 20s and Swingin' 30s.

Extra Tickets to the Conference Dinner cost $80; this includes drinks, a three course meal and entertainment.

Extra copies of Conference Proceedings are available for $80 and can be purchased at the conference.

How to Register

Registration for ASCILITE 2001 is being handled by "Meetings First".

1. To register you will first need to contact Meetings First to obtain a security PIN number (if you have not received one already). Meetings First can be contacted by

3. Once you have your PIN number go to the online registration form at: http://www.meetingsfirst.com.au/fsite/site/registration.asp
4. Just select "ASCILITE 2001" from the drop down menu, enter your first name, last name and PIN, press submit and follow the prompts until you get a "Thank you" message. Please note that you will need to complete ALL FIELD ENTRIES to progress through the registration form.
5. Please note, during this process, you may pay by credit card (using the National Australia Bank secure website) or if you prefer, please tick the "I'll send a cheque" box.

Confirmation of Registration

Your registration will be acknowledged in writing with confirmation of your choices along with your official receipt (tax invoice).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration must be in writing. Cancellations received before 1^st December 2001 will be eligible for a full refund minus a $100 administration charge.

PLEASE NOTE: NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 1^ST DECEMBER 2001, however, substitutions are allowed.
