All prices are inclusive of GST and include one set of proceedings and the conference dinner unless otherwise stated.
Full registration fees cover attendance at all sessions Monday 8 December to Wednesday 10 December, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, one set of proceedings, conference satchel, attendance at the Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner.
Student registration fees cover attendance at all sessions Monday 8 December to Wednesday 10 December, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, one set of proceedings, conference satchel and attendance at the Welcome Reception. The Conference Dinner is an additional cost.
Day registration fees cover attendance at all sessions on one selected day, morning and afternoon tea and lunch, one set of proceedings and conference satchel. Attendance at the Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner Tuesday are additional costs.
Workshop registrations cover attendance at one selected workshop. Morning or afternoon tea is included in the full day and half day workshops and lunch for the full day workshops.
The registration desk will be located in the Wills Refectory of Union House will be open during the following hours for pick-up of registration packets by pre-registered attendees.

The ASCILITE 2003 Organising Committee collects name and address information for the sole purpose of providing meeting information and materials to registrants. Address lists for 2003 registrants will be distributed to vendors who support ASCILITE 2003 for the purpose of distributing material related to significant research, the latest developments and best practices associated with the use of technology in tertiary education. Address lists will also be forwarded to organisers of the next Conference. Registrants may request that their address by indicating on the registration form.
Insurance, including medical cover and for expenses incurred in the event the Conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. We recommend you discuss your insurance cover with your travel agent. The policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through the cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Secretariat will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

The Conference Organisers reserve the right to change dates, program and speakers without notice due to circumstances beyond their control.

Presenters of accepted papers
The ASCILITE
2003 conference committee will provide by e-mail or fax a letter of
invitation to presenters of accepted papers, if requested, to assist them in obtaining funds
or visas. Individuals accepted as presenters
at the ASCILITE 2003 conference must post (via airmail) a hard copy
of a letter on official letterhead, preferably from a university or
employer. The letter must include a complete mailing address and a working
fax number.
Delegates
The ASCILITE
2003 conference committee will provide by e-mail or fax a letter of
invitation to delegates who have registered and paid to attend ASCILITE 2003.
Delegates must post (via airmail) a hard copy
of a letter on official letterhead, preferably from a university or
employer. The letter must include a complete mailing address and a working
fax number.
The letter of invitation does not in any way whatsoever imply financial support from the ASCILITE 2003 conference committee. Whilst travelling to and within Australia, all delegates will be responsible for their own travel expenses. This includes airfare, ground transportation, hotel, meals, incidentals and travel insurance.
If in the event you register for the conference and are unable to obtain a visa, it is likely that your registration fees may not be refunded in full.
